Best Greek Salmon Recipe (Oven, Air Fryer, or Grill)
Oven-baked greek salmon with feta cucumber salad is an easy and quick seafood dinner you can make in just 20 minutes. This delicious recipe has fresh Mediterranean flavors and flaky, tender fish.
Place raw salmon fillet on a piece of parchment paper on a sheet pan. Rub oil over fillet.
2 lbs. wild Alaskan sockeye salmon, ¼ cup olive oil
Season fish with salt, pepper, and Greek seasoning.
1 tablespoon Greek seasoning, salt and pepper to taste
Oven Baking Instructions
Place sheet pan in a cold oven and set time to 20 minutes and temperature to 400F.
Air Fryer Instructions
Air fry at 400F for 7 minutes, flipping halfway if desired.
Grill Instructions
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the salmon fillets on the grill, skin side down, and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through.
Cucumber Salad Instructions
Combine all salad ingredients into a large bowl and toss gently to combine. Top cooked salmon with salad.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.Reheat leftovers on a sheet pan in the oven at 350F for 3-5 minutes or until heated through. Or, use reheat the salmon in the air fryer at 350F for 3 minutes or until heated through.
