Marinade Ingredients

  • cup maple syrup
  • cup soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoon ginger
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  • Combine the marinade ingredients into a cup and stir until well incorporated. Set aside.
⅓ cup maple syrup, ⅓ cup soy sauce, 2 teaspoon ginger, 4 cloves garlic, 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Prepare fish by cutting into 1-inch cubes. Place in a baking dish.
    24 oz salmon
  • Pour marinade over the fish and cover dish with a cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to marinate.
  • Air fry at 400F for 5 minutes or until desired doneness.

Notes

  • Spicy: To make recipe spicy, add some Sriracha sauce or cajun seasoning to the marinade ingredients. Start with 1 teaspoon and add more if you want it spicier.
  • Serve: Serve in a buddha bowl with a drizzle of teriyaki sauce, hot honey, spicy mayo or Thai sweet chili sauce.
  • Make ahead & freezer directions: Can be made from frozen. Follow the recipe through the marinade stage and then place in a freezer-safe container for up to 3 months. Add additional minutes onto frying to account for them being frozen.
