  • 1 cup grapes halved
  • cup pomegranate arils
  • 2 medium kiwi sliced and halved
  • cup pecans toasted and chopped
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges fresh or canned

Optional Dressing Ingredients

Instructions

  • Clean all fruit and chop into bite sized pieces as necessary and add to a large bowl.
2 medium apples, 1 cup grapes, ⅓ cup pomegranate arils, 2 medium kiwi, ⅓ cup pecans, 1 cup mandarin oranges
  • Toss gently with or without dressing ingredients as desired.
mint, 1 teaspoon champagne vinegar, 1 teaspoon lime juice, 1 pinch sea salt

Notes

  • To avoid browning mix fruit with some lemon juice.
  • Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • Make Ahead: May be made ahead and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 day prior. Transfer fruit to a serving bowl using a slotted spoon to avoid getting too much liquid. Also, if using a dressing, wait until serving to dress the salad.
