Remove the skin and pit from the avocados and place them into a bowl. Place avocado flesh into a bowl and use a fork to mash to your desired chunky or creamy texture.

Add garlic, salt and lime juice. Taste and then adjust seasonings according to your liking.
1 lime, 3 cloves garlic, 1 teaspoon flaky sea salt

May add jalapeños, hot sauce, or onions to make it spicy.
