Iced Matcha Latte Recipe

This Iced matcha latte recipe is super easy to make and delicious!  Making a homemade healthy matcha latte is quick and less expensive than the coffee shop!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup oat milk
  • 8 ounces water
  • 1 packet Whole Earth Sweetener
  • 1 scoop Vital Proteins Matcha Collagen

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a liquid measuring cup. Use a frother or a wire whisk to incorporate everything. Pour blended mixture over ice and add oat milk as desired.

Notes

  • If you do not have a frother you can use an immersion blender, blender or blender bottle to combine your ingredients. With no blender you can use a bamboo whisk or even a Mason Jar.
  • If you choose matcha powder be sure to select high quality ceremonial grade (the bright green kind!) for drinking rather than culinary grade. It provides the best flavor with less bitterness.
  • Serve hot by heating up the water before mixing it with the powder.
