St. Patrick's Day Green Matcha Cookie Recipe

Dry Ingredient Instructions

Whisk together dry ingredients in a large bowl and set aside.

Wet Ingredients Instructions

Add sugars and vegan butter to a medium bowl or bowl attached to a stand mixer and mix together until no lumps remain. Add remaining wet ingredients.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until incorporated. Chill the dough for 2 hours.

Remove chilled dough from the fridge and allow it to soften for about 10 minutes while the oven preheats to 375F.
