Works with lots of dietary restrictions – is keto and WW friendly as written and can be made dairy free, vegetarian or vegan.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Combine chicken, Neufchatel cheese, Greek yogurt, and buffalo sauce until well incorporated.


Transfer mixture to an 8X8 Pyrex, pie plate or casserole dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbling.  Broil for one minute to brown and crisp the top.


Serve with celery or tortilla chips.
