Grilled Corn on the Cob

Pellet Grill Corn on the Cob with Chili Lime Butter is a delicious and easy summer side dish you can make on the Traeger grill, Pit Boss, or gas grill.

This recipe is for juicy and flavorful fresh ears of corn.

Topped with rich yet light chili lime butter, this pellet grilled corn recipe is perfect for summer BBQs, parties, and cookouts.


Heat pellet grill on high for 15 minutes.

Prepare the corn by carefully pulling down the husks and removing the silks. Rinse corn cobs and then carefully pull the husks back up.


Place the corn directly on the grill grates. Rotate the corn a quarter turn every 5 minutes for 15-20 minutes or until the desired doneness.


Combine softened butter and chili lime seasoning. Evenly spread chili lime butter over the top of the corn. Salt to taste.
