Deviled Eggs Recipe for Easter

Deviled eggs are the best easy appetizer for Thanksgiving. This healthy version uses no mayo!

Peel and slice cooked eggs in half lengthwise.  Separate yolks from egg whites and add yolks to a bowl. Set the egg whites aside.

Mash the egg yolks with the avocado. Add in Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.


Use a piping bag or a Ziploc plastic bag with a tiny slit cut in the bottom edge. Squirt a small dollop of egg/avocado mixture on top of each egg white.


Top with a sprinkling of paprika and serve.
