Dairy-free Pesto

Easy to make dairy-free pesto is a great way to use up summer basil.

Just a few simple ingredients and in less than five minutes you can have fresh, homemade pesto that is dairy-free and absolutely delicious!

Process basil in a food processor until it is in small chunks.

Add the remainder of the ingredients and process.  Drizzle olive oil in a steady stream until smooth.
