Carne Asada Quesadilla

Carne asada quesadillas are a quick and easy way to use leftover steak or to make from scratch at home!

What Makes This Recipe Work

Super easy to make for a quick weeknight dinner.

Heat a griddle or skillet over medium heat. For each tortilla add 1 serving cooked carne asada to one side of the tortilla and cover with ⅛ cup cheese.


Allow quesadilla to cook for 2-3 minutes or until nicely browned on the bottom. Flip and cook another 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted and tortilla is golden brown.


Serve with salsa and a squeeze of lime. Sprinkle with cilantro if desired.
