Make this candied sweet potato casserole in individual ramekins or in a large pan for family-style.


Mix the crust ingredients in a large bowl.

Place filling ingredients into a stand mixer and mix until whipped and thoroughly combined.


Spoon sweet potato casserole into a prepared 8X8 baking dish. Bake at 375F for 25-30 minutes.
