This air fryer halibut is by far the easiest and quickest way to get deliciously tender and flaky halibut in less than 10 minutes.

Use a paper towel to dry off the fillets. Then, season with salt and pepper on both sides.

If using, chop green onions and place them in ¼ cup rice vinegar to pickle. Stir together the butter, mayo, garlic, and onion powder and set aside.

Place fillets in the cooking basket and cook at 350F for 6-8 minutes.
