This is for Easy Peanut Butter Cookies, they are super easy to make!
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with coconut oil spray.
- Combine ingredients until smooth.
- Scoop out cookies with a cookie scoop onto prepared cookie sheet. Bake for 5 minutes for mini cookies or 6 to 8 minutes for larger cookies. Do not overbake.
- Dip in melted chocolate if desired!
