Berry Breakfast Bars for an easy and healthy breakfast
These quick and healthy berry breakfast bars are vegan and gluten free!
Berry Breakfast Bars are one of my favorite easy, home-made breakfast recipes. My usual go-to is quinoa mason jars, or something easy like overnight oats.
But sometimes I get a little bit fancy and make a homemade bar.
You may be thinking that these are probably super time-consuming and hard to make. They are SUPER easy! They are a tad crumbly but so delicious! I love that they can be served warm or cold.
Add in a little yogurt for an even heartier breakfast!
Easy on-the-go vegan breakfast
I love that this bar recipe is completely versatile. You could eat them straight up as a bar (although I warn, they are crumbly!), or you could create a healthy breakfast parfait!
Try them warm with a little bit of greek yogurt on top.

Healthy Vegan Dessert and Breakfast Ideas that are Gluten Free
The amazing thing about these bars is that they could EASILY double as a healthy dessert. When fresh berries are in season, this bar could easily create a healthy vegan dessert.
