An easy protein ball recipe is one of my favorite snacks to keep the holiday munchies at bay! These little snacks are packed with protein and taste just like a gingerbread cookie!
I have a severe sweet tooth and I love dessert and sweets. Every meal has to have a sweet ending! But, if you're like me and trying to eat healthy, then decadent desserts have to be an indulgence, not an everyday occurrence!
Finding a simple snack like a yummy protein ball recipe is an easy way to pump up the protein and save on sugar and calories!

The holidays don't have to be any different! You can enjoy holiday treats and your favorite holiday flavors and still make progress in your health!

depends on your protein powder - the label should tell you how much is in one serving, you will need two for this.
