Keto Brownies Recipe
Loving your results from the Keto diet but looking for a yummy brownies recipe? This keto brownies recipe uses keto-compliant ingredients to create a delicious keto-friendly brownie!
If you’re trying to stay low carb then you have probably had to figure out a few tricks to make some of your favorite recipes keto-compliant! One of my favorite desserts is brownies! I definitely would not want to live in a world where I couldn’t eat brownies 🙂
This keto brownies recipe is my second brownies recipe this week (yesterday was Paleo!) that will help you to have a delicious low carb treat.
I should note that this recipe was created a bit by accident! I intended on making this a cheesecake swirl brownie but after adding in my brownies, the swirl was not happening.
So, they became chocolate cheesecake bars and I’m pretty excited about the results!

Keto Brownies Recipe
Keto Brownie Cheesecake Bars
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1 cup Swerve granulated
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 5 TB Swerve granulated
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare an 8X8 glass baking dish by spraying with coconut oil spray
Sift dry ingredients into a bowl and set aside.
Mix together butter and 1 cup Swerve until well incorporated. Add in eggs, one at a time until well mixed. Add in vanilla.
Add in dry ingredients and mix until just incorporated. Set aside.
Mix together cream cheese and 5 TB swerve. Spread cheesecake mixture into prepared baking dish.
Add brownie layer to top of cheesecake layer and spread evenly.
Bake for 40-50 minutes until brownies are set in the center (will come out clean with a toothpick)
Swapping out different ingredients may result in different results. When you are baking and using paleo-friendly baking ingredients, be sure to adjust according to your ingredients. Coconut flour tends to require much more liquid than its almond flour counterpart. If you swap out almond flour for coconut flour, you will also need to adjust the liquid ingredients! Otherwise you may end up with crumbly brownies!
For example, almond flour tends to have higher fat yet lower carbs than coconut flour. This could impact both your final baked product and your nutrition (if you are tracking macros or trying to stick to a low carb or keto diet.)
