I don’t know about you, but I’m there for the food and the commercials. Oh, and the halftime show.
If there is one thing that can get a Superbowl party going, it’s the food, right?
The good news about this BBQ chicken dip is that it’s one of the most awesome keto appetizers that your non-keto friends will LOOOOVE!
BBQ Chicken Dip Recipe – One of my Favorite Keto Appetizers
Low carb, full of taste and protein! This bbq chicken dip recipe is super easy and can be thrown in the crockpot. Toss the ingredients in and by the time the game starts, you’ll be set!
You can also make this recipe in the oven!
Keto Friendly Low Carb BBQ Chicken Dip
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken
- 1 8 oz block neufchatel cheese softened
- 1/2 cup 2% Greek Yogurt plain
- 1 cup keto-approved BBQ sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Spray the crockpot with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl and add to crockpot.
Cook on low for two hours, stirring halfway through.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8X8 glass dish or casserole dish with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl and add to prepared dish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbling and lightly browned on top.
For Keto-friendly serving, use celery or bell peppers for serving.
