Flatbread pizza on the grill is my favorite easy way to have delicious and healthy grilled pizza in just about 15 minutes! Quick to make and great to customize using different toppings. You can use premade Naan or Stonefire flatbread or even make your own flatbread dough from scratch on a gas grill, over charcoal or even a pellet grill like Traeger!

- Flatbread dough: You can make it with pizza dough that is homemade or use a store-bought, pre-made version like Naan or Stonefire.
Topping Ideas
- Steak & gorgonzola: Grilled steak, gorgonzola cheese and arugula top this version.
- Caprese: Fresh roma tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil and a pesto or balsamic glaze. This one can also be made without sauce and instead use olive oil.
- Garlic, tomatoes & spinach: Deliciously fresh and zesty.
- Greek: Feta cheese, olives and spinach make a delicious Greek version.
- Pear & prosciutto: Topped with sliced pears and prosciutto. Arugula is also a nice topping for this one.

How to Make This Recipe
Below are step-by-step instructions for how to cook this recipe. The recipe card at the bottom shows the exact cooking time and temperatures.
- Preheat grill to medium heat (about 350F) Place pizza dough on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Spray both sides of the dough with coconut oil or brush olive oil on each side.
- Place crusts directly on the grates for about 3-5 minutes for store bought flatbread or 5-10 minutes for homemade crust. Crust is done once the one side has nice grill marks without being burned. Carefully remove pizza from the grill to add toppings.
- Add sauce, toppings and cheese to the side with the grill marks. Carefully brush grill with additional olive oil if necessary and place topped pizzas back on the grates for another 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted and the bottom crust has nice grill marks.
- Let pizza sit for a few moments before carefully cutting into pieces.
