Air Fryer Brussel Sprouts

Keto brussel sprouts in the air fryer are crunchy and delicious!  Made with only 4 ingredients, brussels sprouts, parmesan cheese, seasoning and ghee!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound brussel sprouts (cleaned and sliced)
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 TB ghee, avocado oil, coconut oil or grass fed butter
  • salt & pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients.  Add to air fryer and cook for 7 minutes at 350.  Turn brussels and cook for an additional 7 minutes.  If using Brussels sprouts halves, turn heat up to 375 and cook for additional minutes until desired doneness.

Notes

  • I recommend using shaved Brussels sprouts for this recipe. You can purchase them pre-made (sometimes called Brussels sprouts salad) or slice your own.
  • If you use halved Brussel sprouts, turn air fryer up to 375F after the 14 minutes are up and crips for a few minutes
  • Add cooked bacon in the last few minutes for a delicious keto meal option.
  • Drizzle balsamic glaze over air fried Brussel sprouts for a yummy flavor.
