If you’re looking for healthy food on the go, this protein-rich tuna salad will help make lunch easy and tasty!
Let’s face it, sometimes finding the best lunch recipes for easy packed lunches or even eating at home can be challenging! If you’re trying to find healthy lunch ideas to lose weight, it can get boring! I know that what has worked for me is finding ways to spice up my usual salad to make something really tasty and different!

My Top 3 Tips for creating healthy lunches on the go to help you lose weight!
Tip #1 – Variety is key
When you are making lunches for work it can become really easy to pack the same old thing! There are two problems with this if you are looking for a low calorie lunch to help you lose weight.
One – You will get bored! It will not be as easy to enjoy a healthy lunch option when you have it over and over again. This makes it a lot easier to choose an unhealthier option!
Two – Your body will get used to what you are eating. For me, my body likes when I mix things up! I always notice my results get a little boost when I try adding in more veggies or protein.
